Omaha tech company growing, hiring

Flywheel, an Omaha-based website hosting company, plans to double the size of its workforce in the next year. It has been on a recent growth spurt. One year ago, it had four employees. It now has 14.

The company plans to move into space in Old Market, thanks to $1.2 million it raised from investors. It specializes in providing WordPress-based web hosting services to creative agencies and designers.

Flywheel works with Phenomblue, an advertising agency that represents clients such as the University of Nebraska, Mutual of Omaha and eBay.
