Arbor Bank branches out in Omaha

OMAHA, Neb. – Arbor Bank has opened a branch on West Center Road in a bustling area of southwest Omaha.

The Nebraska-based bank was founded in 1865, and it is the oldest bank in the state.

The new branch and office came about after company officials began looking for a location to combine two of its loan offices. With commercial space rare in the area around West Center Road, the decision was easy and the company pounced on the available space. It formerly was occupied by a real estate office, and is located at 16949 Lakeside Hills Plaza.

Bank employees began moving into the new space last month. The bank will occupy 12,000 square feet of space. New features will include a 40-square-foot video display in the lobby and the latest technology in ATM machines.
