Uncle Maddio’s Pizza set to top Omaha’s pizza scene

OMAHA, Neb. – Omaha soon will have a new favorite uncle with the opening of the city’s first Uncle Maddio’s Pizza Joint.

The restaurant will open this week at 2521 S. 132nd St. The franchisee is Shawn Simmonds. He plans to open additional stores in Bellevue, Papillion and Council Bluffs.

Each eatery specializes in allowing patrons to build their owns pizzas. The restaurant will offer guests a variety of crust, sauce and topping options.
