Heritage Communities has expansion, 60 jobs on its mind

NORFOLK, Neb. — Heritage Communities of Omaha is expanding its facilities in Norfolk. It will create 60 jobs in the city.

The center plans to build a $14 million addition to add assisted living and memory support housing for residents requiring those services. The company cited an increased need for those services by senior citizens in the state.

It is set for completion in late 2016. The company also plans to expand to Grand Island.
