Nebraska Crossing adds tenants, plans expansion
GRETNA, Neb. — Nebraska Crossing plans to expand the footprint of the outlet mall in Grenta and already has added new tenants.
A $15 million project is in the works to add six buildings on the site. It would add more than 70,500 square feet of additional space.
It would include a 24,000-square-foot building, a 15,000-square-foot building, and four others with varying square footage. Mall management already is in talks to lease 75 percent of the space. The expansion is expected to be completed in 2016.
New tenants include North Face, Express and Uniform Destination.
